Prep Edge camp is an accelerated camp focused on maximizing the performance of high school athletes.  The Prep Edge camp yields SIGNIFICANT results for athletes looking to gain the edge, make the team, earn a starting position, or play sports at the collegiate level.  Prep Edge has been our staple camp for the last 20 years.  Prep Edge will significantly increase strength, power, agility, acceleration, balance, and speed.  Athletes can train 4x per week for the best gains or 2x per week if they are in-season and want to maintain their performance.

Prep Edge Camp Highlights

The Prep Edge Summer camp is an accelerated camp focused on maximizing the performance of athletes ages 13 and above.
This camp offers the following:

  • Electronic pre and post-testing evaluation along with 8 weeks of sports performance training.
  • Each session is focused on resistance and explosive training.
  • Speed and agility work specialized to increase your athlete’s performance in their respective competitions.
  • Nutrition seminar outlining the importance of proper fueling for your athlete.  Parents and athletes are recommended to attend.
  • Body composition analysis measuring lean muscle mass and body fat on our InBody 570 body composition analyzer.

Prep Edge Routine

The Prep Edge camp yields SIGNIFICANT results for your athlete…they will become more agile, powerful, flexible, stronger, faster and healthier!  This is based on a SCIENTIFIC approach of a 4-day split routine consisting of the following:

  • 2x/ week of strength training paired with agility work.
  • 2x/ week of explosive Olympic lifting paired with plyometrics and linear speed development.
