Spring Break:
Softball Infield and Hitting Camp

CLASSES BEGIN March 17th - March 20th

Elkhorn Classes: Monday, March 17th - Tuesday March 18th, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Gretna Classes: Wednesday, March 19th - Thursday March 20th, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Lead instructor:  Coach Rich Bernstein

AGES: Girls ages 9-12

Program Fee:  $80

Areas of infield work include:

• Developing quick hands and hand-eye coordination
• Double play technique and footwork
• Short, medium, and long hop picks for corner infielders
• Leg strength and hip flexibility for getting into proper fielding positions
• Foot speed and quickness for fielding ground balls

Areas of hitting work include:

• Stance and load positioning
• Swing path corrections and balance during the swing
• Hitting to all parts of the field for power
• Positive mental approach and confidence at the plate
